Dear Friend of Daily Bread Food Bank;


The Letter Carrier Food Drive is the single-largest event in South Florida when it comes to collecting food. This event is approaching fast; the date is Saturday, May 8th. Last year we collected over 620,000 pounds! The letter carriers will be delivering 500,000 yellow bags advertising this drive to homeowners.

Our goal this year is to collect 1,000,000 pounds of food in one day! As a result, we anticipate much more food and the need to have two additional warehouses to compliment our current five facilities.
