What up Floridians.Just curious if anyone personally knows 'RoaringVtec' at all..I think he's a Miami cat..Also,just how bad was Miami hit last week with wilma?.I havent heard from this dude in a week and dont know if he's stiffing me on something I "bought" or if he's unable of using computer(or any comp.) all this time...thanks in advance people.

I paid for a header on 10/22 and haven't heard from him since. I sent follow-up emails and PM's on 10/28, 10/30, and 10/31, with no response. I hope this guy is ok, and that he's not scamming us.

 

I dont persoanlly know this guy, but can attest to the fact that most of this area is still without power and phone/internet service. I personally spent a whole week without either and just got back online.

Not vouching for his as I dont know him, but considering the circumstances with the hurricane, I would give him some more time to get things straightened up before getting too worried about getting jipped.

ok..ya im def. giving the benefit of the doubt to the kid.(plenty of people would have jumped the gun immediately after no email reply.but i feel for people stuck in that disaster).so we'll see.

Got a PM from RoaringVtec today. He just got power back and will ship out the items when he gets a chance. As far as I'm concerned, this is resolved, and the thread can be closed.

 

Don't know him, but I would say give him a bit if time just to ship it... they were hit surprisingly bad for a Cat 2/3 storm.
