because s2ki or any forum is not the end all to all things s2000 or car related.

exactly..... If a 2j is more then capable of making 1500+ hp why is it so hard to believe that a 2j in an s2000 can't make it? that just makes no sense. what is the AP chassis just a magic chassis that stops motors from making the power they are capable of....

So, what did PRS2K end up making on his 2JZ S? His for sale add stated that he'd release the numbers to the buyer.

i don't believe it but i don't doubt it's possibility

like i mentioned earlier... people have been pushing the envelope and amazing numbers and performance have been coming out of every type of car/setup out there.

i've always said... if it's bullshit... it's bullshit... they're only lying to themselves and people who need to find someone to look up to i guess.

if it's true... then i respect it to the fullest and commend them. that's why it's no use getting worked up over it. especially in this case that i don't know the setup exactly, nor am i an expert in 2jz's. if the setup was capable (ie: properly built motor, a big enough turbo and balls as large to match) then why doubt it? it's the same concept with phil on here and why i was "defending" him a while back. i was more defending the capabilities of his setup rather than him himself. he talks too much about a car that isn't complete, although that's not to say his setup isn't very capable.

anyway back to the post at hand which i'm sure was armando's childish attempt to cover up this question towards phil but whatever... phil talked more than his setup has proven thus far so armando has all right.
