I heard the price is going to be in $80k range. Accurate? I thought it was going to carry the Infiniti badge?

Very nice car though. I personally still like the R34 body that we never got over here.

Price is really anyone's guess now. I estimate it to be based from $60K and $75K fully optioned. Nissan's executives have always maintained that they are targetting the Porsche 911 as the GT-R's performance goals while keeping it very "affordable". Yes, it will probably be an Infiniti when it comes here.

The countdown is over the and new GT-R is unveiled. All I can say is ****ing wow! Unless the E90 M3 is better, I think I just found my new car for 2007.

Not too crazy about the styling. But the #'s (hp, price) might sway me...if they're palatable.
