I have sent 4 emails to various people in the HIN organization. I got a phone number from the website and will try that today. I will post details as soon as I have them.

I am trying to get discounts on the entry fee and special parking areas for us.

Larry is taking a year off from showing, so he won't be attending HIN this year.

Thanks goes out to those committing to this event. I did speak with the vendor running HIN today. They will get us a price break on the entry fee if we can do 10 cars. Also they will get us a reserved spot in a good area for viewing.

It is basically a car show + dance club + hot ladies + adult liquid refreshment = 1 hell of a good time

Check in for the show cars is Friday, December 10 from 3 pm - 8pm. Then reentry on Saturday, December 11 from 2 pm - 5pm. The cars will be under tight security Friday night. You will be able to take your car back on Sunday morning about 12:30 am - 1:00am.

The entrance fee, which I will let you know what our rate is when I get the commitment, includes entry fee for your car, admission for you and one (1) guest. That is one great deal since a ticket for the show cost $35.

I will be also making arrangements for some Hotel rooms on S. Beach Friday night for a all out party night. Please let me know if you want to be included on this.

Final subject, MONEY, I will require all your money for the event and / or the hotel upfront. I will be fronting the money personally for this event and I won't get stuck with the short end of the stick. Any questions please post.
