Alrighty kids that is 9 S2000 and 2 NSX. What a show it is going to be. Wheels are turning on the other avenues as we speak. I will have final pricing on Friday of this week. Please stay tuned!!!!!!!!!

 

Alright here are the package prices for HIN:

Package for "Showing" S2000:

$60.95 per car

Includes:
Registration for S2000 to park in reserved section of the Convention Center
Admission for Owner and 1 guest.
Windshield Banner with S2ki logo.

Package for spectator:

$ 35.00 ( Parking at garage extra, normally $5 - $10)

Includes:
Admission for 1 to the show from 5pm to 12am.


Hotel arrangements have been made (A big thanks to Armando for this):

We have made arrangements at the White Law Hotel on South Beach. It is a $5 - $10 cab ride from Convention Center to Hotel. However, the beach and all party clubs and restuarants are within walking distance (As a matter of fact they are right outside of hotel). Also according to Armando the bar at the Hotel is pretty great also. Here is the website link for further info.:

We have gotten a group rate for 9 rooms at $100 a night per room. YOU NEED TO CALL THE HOTEL AND MAKE YOUR ROOM ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19! Call 305-398-7000, ask for Karen. Reference Armando for the group rate. This is too much liability for me to make arrangements.

An addition to my above post. Please try to get the registration money to me prior to the show. I will be at the Tuesday night meets every week. I will also be at the bowling event next Wed. If you can't make to those, pm and I will send you my address.

My reservation is made, who is staying both nights?

 

I will be. Made my reservation today also.

It is expected to be a very busy weekend of the 10th and 11th, so definitely make your reservation before Friday, November 19th. Speak to only Karen she is making the arrangements.

I called and left a message for Karen this afternoon to make my reservation for both nights. No call back.

 

Just a quick note. Karen is the GM for this hotel. Her first priority is not making reservations. With this said, please leave your full name and room setup ( King or Double) with your phone number and she will call you back for your credit card number. I left a message yesterday and got a call back today. No problems.
