Question

Anyway, I was hopping there would be a group drive so I can finally give those Espelir springs to somebody. They are just taking my trunk space, and I can't find anyone to take them off my hands. I tried to pull over few S2000 drivers and asked if they wanna take set of FREE springs, but no luck .
So if any of you guys comes down to the Beach for the show and want to take these, please let me know.

Why would you go to the Auto show to look at the S2000 anyway?
Because she's sad she doesn't have one any more...

What a piece of crap... 1 S2000 which was the Laguna Blue (LOVE the color BTW) and it was hidden in the rear behind Honda's big display by a food court. At first i was like WTF? NO S2000???? Then i eventually found it.

I dunno Auto show just wasn't that interesting this year... it was just ok. /shrug/
It was a pathetic display. First, our beloved S2000 is thrown in the back, behind the wall, 5 feet away from a drink stand so Honda could showcase its new Civic while its halo flagship car was disregarded. Second, some asshole was messing around with the hood and severely bent the hood rod. I ended up removing the rod so you can close the hood. Third, since it was next to the drink stand, people were using the car to sit in as they drank their drinks, making a mess of the interior in the process. Fourth, little kids were using it as a playground. Some little boy was stepping and jumping all over the center console while his Daddy was just looking on and laughing. It was very depressing to see the S2000 treated like this.

As for the S2000, it was disappointing. The Laguna Blue is OK but I still wished it was Monte Carlo Blue. The new wheels are ugly. The new seats are hideous. I do like the new brushed black interior trim and the rollbar speakers but thats all. It makes me happy that I brought an MY2002.

The rest of the show was pretty good. The Infiniti M45 and new Lexus IS impressed me the most. The new BMW E90 3 Series was disappointing. This was the first time I seen it in person and I had high expectations. It was didn't look right.

It wasn't the only car i saw.. and anyway JUST BECAUSE i now drive an RX8, does not mean i can not go and appreciate the car i once drove. Plus i wanted to see the new color and look at what they changed.

BTW Mav, i agree those seats are absolutely HORRIBLE. I mean if i owned that car i'd go myself and steal MY00-MY05 owners seats just to switch 'em out.
