My advice.. speak to an Immigration Lawyer! They'll tell you the steps they have to take.

But unless their "student" visa's are re-newed they are going bye bye. Sadly for other people it's not as easy as it is for Cubans to stay here. I don't mean to offend anyone with it.. it's just fact.

 

Drop them off in the water and let them Wet Foot Dry Foot it.

Seriously tho. My friend did it for his GF. It was a big pain to find a sponser and the money and all.. Call a Lawyer it was the best thing he did.

There are no chances for them to get permanent resident status (green card) if they do not want get married. They can try luck on greed card lottery.
Or they need to apply for workers visa, but things goes not so fast and easy.
All immigration stuff in this country "runs" like in slow motion movie.

Girls needs to peak to an Immigration Lawyer.... maybe there is a chance to get some "pending" status until they start immigration process.
