intake and exhaust
The best bang for the buck is the Comptech intake and T1R exhaust.
The best, regardless of costs, is the J's Racing or Mugen intakes and Amuse or J's Racing exhausts.
Don't buy into the AEM hype, unless you like to pour water out of your intake pipes after every rain storm and risk hydrolocking in our wonderful summer weather.

This type of intake is very difficult to measure results on a dyno because of the lack of fresh air being forced into the system.
