JL StealthBox
It all has to do with the SUB it self, JL audio does their homework when it comes to Audio products. They matched the sub and the enclosure to build the ultimate sub woofer for the s2000. What it comes down to it, is your personal preference. Just listen to Tommy's car, It sounds awsome and he is not using a JL stealth box. If you decide to use the JL Box remember that you will also need a JL Amp in order to sound correctly. That oversight cost me an extra $75. When I had to sell my new amp in order to buy a new JL Audio Amp.

I am looking forward to listening to some systems on Tuesday @ Hooters.
The biggest concern I have with the JL stealthbox is that it comes with a dual 6 ohm speaker which means I can run it at 3 or 12 ohms. My amp would like to see 4 ohms since its 2 channels of an xtant 404m bridged. 12 ohms is not enough power and 3 ohms is too unstable for my amp. If I can order the stealthbox with the 10w3v2d2, than the JL box will work at 4 ohms with out getting a 3rd amp.

Since your audio system is only as good as its weakest link and basicly any after market deck with rca outs will be an upgrade from the stock deck, I strongly recommend upgrading your source. I went with the Alpine 9813 and I'm happy with it.
