A. do the Markham Park meet this month and/or...


B. the Spring Break Tuner Bash in Daytona on March 18th and 19th.

 

I may be interested in choice 'B' to peddle some products and get my name out there some more... repost when things get closer, like beginning of March.

 

Just a small FYI both the RX8 & RX7 Club are holding a Meet/BBQ on Jan. 30th @ Markham Park. Other than that let me know what day you all plan on doing a meet and if i can I'll make it out.

 

y dont we do it on the 30th too. We can have an s2k owners football game vs RX-8 owners or something!?

The Rx8 owners are only a third as strong as they say they are.... =)

 

now if only i could get a community organizer to help me out.

 

 

Not that I have any alternate interests in this or anything .......but I think it would be cool to pair up a BBQ with both clubs if possible.

As for the tuner bash it generally is the same weekend as the 12 hours of Sebring, and I'd rather see racecars than ricecars. I know that a few s2ki people went up last year, but there was nothing planned. Anybody wanna plan a group campground/ BBQ this year?

 

I don't know the makeup of the the RX8 group, but I tend to shy away from large group gatherings, particularly those that include a lot of unknown people. Those type of meets happened every once in a while back in New England, and there was always someone doing burnouts, racing on the street, etc. The larger it is, the worse it gets... tends to attract more of the immature ricer crowd, too, owners of other vehicles who just HAVE to hang out with the group.

this is very true. im down for my idea at Markham. maby we can contact the RX clubs and let them know we will stop by. Maby this will stop them from throwing soda at our cars!
