Anyone check what the weather is suppose to be like on that day??

 

25-30% chance of rain. But the last few weekends have been pretty sunny and they're never right so....

 

I will be more then happy to chip in for buying meats when we get there. Also if you like i have a Portable BBQ i can take if we need more.

 

I can't find my portable bbq

Last time I used it was during Hurricane Katrina....ever since then, I can't seem to locate it

 

I am sorry guys... I ended up taking an offer to go up for almost a month to arizona...

It was a maybe that is why I said I might be able to go but they made me a good offer to help them out in an office they are opening over there so I took it. Maybe next time

 

You may see Suzy and me down there. We're not sure what we're driving to Key West in but if it's the S, we'll stop and say Hi. We'll bring rum.

FYI I think a day park pass is good at all state parks for that day. There's a new state park in between long key state park mm66 and key colony beach I think around conch key. Anyway good place to line up cars for a photo op on the water.

what time is everyone planning on driving back?

 

After the drive by mile marker 110 by Bass Pro Shops there is Pierrs resturant. They have a once a month full moon party with live music and fireworks. If we leave the park by 5 or 6 we could be there for the sunset and start of the after drive party.

 

Bump for Reminder... Also, Some ideas came accross that its better if we buy things for the bbq while we are down there. So that way if anybody wants to put in they can. Any thoughts

 

Sounds like a good idea, but what would be the nearest publix or store to purchase the BBQ stuff??
