I've picked a date... What about next Saturday June 30th????? Or any one else with a date selection?

 

First rule of organization, take the bull by the horns and set the dates and times yourself, if you start asking for dates and times then you'll never get one.

Second, allow enough of a time lead to let everyone make arrangements, a little over 2-3 weeks.

Sh** ! I'll be in Brazil that week. Won't be back untill the 4th of July.

 

Damn ill be workin the 30th and i cant call in sick.

 

Thanks for the advice... The thing is that i want to do it in a date everyone is confortamble with, so that way the people who really want to attend can attend. I really want to do this, so I am willing to see it through to the end.

Well I was also thinking after the 4th of July Weekend, but I thought that maybe most people have commiments already for that weekend.. so.. if we give it a three week window it would put us at July 14th.. Thoughts?
