Hi kids!

I'd love to say the move went well, but I wasn't so lucky. Regardless, I'm here, which means time to get back to some real work.

For those interested in my multi-color lighted windscreen mod who already have an etched screen, feel free to drop off your screen anytime. If you're willing to hang around for a few hours I can do the work right then and there. After most of the locals are out of the way, I will jump back into the original client list and screens will be modded in the list order, so get your screens in now to avoid the wait.

Sacha, There's nothing illegal about the product itself, but as I'm sure most of the Floridian S2000 owners will tell you (like Richie ), what the police "allow" varies upon their attitude. It doesn't flash, so they can't really pull you over for that, and it's inside the car, not outside, so they can't claim the same laws apply as for neons. You might be well advised to stay away from colors like blue or red, but they certainly can't ticket you if the screen lights up red when you hit the brakes.



Chris, See the post listed. Right now, those are the only pics that I have. Once I get this installed on someone's car I'll try to set up a tripod for my camera and take some better pics. Or feel free to drop by and I'll show you what it looks like in person.

I bought mine from a guy on ebay....he makes them in clear, red, blue, yellow, and tinted...and with or without engraving....I believe he will also do custom engraving....He puts 1 up for auction almost every week for $39.99.....I search the ebay listings today and none were availible, someone must have just won the auction another one should appear within a day or so....I spoke with this guy and he was very nice and easy to work with...I will look for an old email from him and post either his address or the next auction within a few days.......

P.S. when ordering keep in mind according to macguyver the LEDs will not work properly on the dark tinted plastic...

 

If he puts a new ad up every day, he's going about it the wrong way. He should just do a Dutch auction and list 100 for sale.

Rick sells etched screens, but once my car comes in (supposedly tomorrow) I will be looking around town for a local etcher and cutter. The screens from e-Bay are perfectly acceptable as long as you get the clear.

 

You FL guys (and gals) better hurry up!

There's a B-U-N-C-H-A folks waiting in line for this mod and ya'll are in the front of the line reading the menu for the first time!!!

 

MacGyver, I may have someone for you who can etch and cut, and he is the best in the business.
