You should be compensated for the loss in value of the car after the accident. Put pressure on thier INS company. They owe you for the loss. You should try to document the value pre and post accident and present it to them.

Compare kbb excellent rating to what carmax will give you after the repair.
For ex. if the trade in value before the accident was $16k and carmax will only give you $13k because of the fix, I say they owe you $3k. Speak to their agent and tell him you want to be compensated for the value lost.
If you were injured and had an attorney he would most likely try to get this loss for you.

Carmax is not going to take the car. I just brought a Civic that had been hit and did not look half as bad and they did not want it. They look for the marks on the chassis where they clamp it to the frame machine.

Why dont you tell them you want to take it to a dealer to get fix that what i did. Also be a dick what they gonna tell they not gonna fix fight for it to get totaled that frame is 4 life it doesnt get fixed lol. If you want to get a lawer i know 2 ppl that used robert rubinstein they said he good.

Definetly dont got to the dealer. They subcontract all work out to the lowest bidding bodyshop. Southern has a half way decent reputation.
