Due to the extremely nice weather we have been blessed with this week i was wondering if we could have a BBQ at Markham Park of some kind? I was there today and it seemed to be perfect place to have a get together.

well im not a good at planning things but saturday sounds great. i guess we will need to rent an area in the park to use a grill and every one will need to bring drinks and food. i guess i will call the park on monday to see what exactly we will need to do to hold a meet there. any help would be appreciated.

Hear is the deal. A small shelter is $60 per day and it seats 24 ppl. It comes with a grill ect. In order to do this there has to be a minium of 20 ppl willing to part with three bucks each and every one would need to "donate" either drinks and/or food when you get there saturday. Here is the catch tho, I need to know who is in for this saturday by thursday or it is a no go.

We talked about this last night. We have the christmas party on Fri night and an autox on Sun.

I think we should plan on this for another weekend and give lots of notice so we will have a great group.
