PS: Please leave thread open, trying to resolve this situation the best I know how.

I figured, I might as well make this known to the whole South Florida community, now that I know this is an issue at hand.

Thread this is relating too - I cannot find the original one, unless this is it and my reply was subtracted. Again, this was almost amonth ago, and I find out today there's a problem. So I'm here to address it, because as a whole, this is a community, and I plan to share the same respect with everyone, and enjoy the car we drive as a whole.

Mav claims, because I implyed it had a "kink" in it. But yet, I simply asked "Is that a kink?" ala damage from a large man cap (sewer cap), that was IT. I can reassure Mav, and everyone else, that I was not going out my of way to "harm" or anything of that nature. I was simply asking an honest question, regardless if it was Mav, or any other Joe. My intentions had been honest, and proper, to my posting. Because I was NOT attempting to screw over Mav, I don't even know him. It just doesn't make any sense.

Just for some examples, I will let the insultive comments slide, since this is an issue that I'm correcting, and we're both adults. I'm not going to sit behind some computer, and insult a fellow S2Ki member. That is why I'm addressing this, so it doesn't lead any farther in person, atleast you will know I won't be coming with fists throwing as soon as I park my car. We're both adults here.

Alex, here's the story...

I brought my Amuse, only to want the all blue Ti version afterwards. So only having it for a week, I decided to sell it. schismS2K comes along and saids "Oh wow nice kink you have there in your muffler. Good luck with your sale anyways." Mind you, BRAND NEW Amuse exhaust, not a single scratch on it. The "kink" was the reflection from the shiny new muffler of my garage rail. After that anyone who was remotely interested wasn't anymore. Several people asked me how bad was this "kink"? The person who committed to buying it in CA read what schismS2K wrote and backed out, saying that I was trying to defraud him with my damaged exhaust. Yea... I'm still a little PISSED.

I've sold a few things here and there on this website, I've been always honest and up front about its condition. I even clean the product up and repackage it in its original box and materials, like my Spoon XBrace and AEM Intake.


We're both adults here. I'm not going to sit behind a computer screen, and verbally spew shit at someone. That's childish. You can call me poor, You can call me whatever else you've already said, over again. I could careless behind this screen, because I could be a 8" 300lb raped ape, behind this screen, and you would still spew the same shit. Not only that, but the person claims to have backed out because of money issues, why do I feel like I'm simply being pin pointed for no reason at all?

I can simply apologize honestly, and reassure you that my intentions had not been to attack you in anyway, make you sound like someone that defrauds people, or ANYTHING of that nature. I don't even know you, why would I do that? I simply asked an honest question, that someone would have asked eventually. I would be willing to list it on eBay for you, and simply forward all interested buyers to you. Honestly, that is alL I can honestly think of to help the situation, and not make it worse.

First of all, I give you props for posting this... You have proven to be a better man than I. Secondly, no that wasn't the exact thread in question, it was the local one that I posted and since removed. Third, next time, using the PM system is better than asking a question of that nature, especially in a for sale thread. You think you may just be asking, but to others you are seen as accusing. I said its brand new, and in perfect condition. Those who know me in person, know I wouldn't lie nor try to rip someone off.

Rich, you may be better off just leaving that old bottle w/ them & getting a new one for yourself! Unless you know where it's really been, you're safer just doing it this way.
