Another great Modifry mod. I think I have all of his mods...all are excellent.
The factory elastic that folds one of the bars stops working after about 2 years. I noticed it was a problem when my roof caught my 7/8's windscreen and almost snapped it (yes it was in the verticle position). The end result is your top does not fold down under the the level of the trunk, it stops about 2 inches short.
This mod costs all of 16.00 shipped and took all of 8 min to install. All you need is a pair of scissors.
