I had a service app. for 7:30 this morning @ Warren Henry Infiniti, I get there about 5-10 mins late, so I talk to my service manager, who has a very cold a asshole demeanor with me like he just wants me to get the **** out of the service dept as fast as possible & well the usually bs ensues when I start complaining about certain things. He tells me ur doing something wrong & blah blah blah.
So I had one complaint that had been bothering me for months, a speaker on the passenger side is blown or loose & i know it b/c I can hear it & use to do car stereo installs so I know when something is wrong w/ a speaker. Well they said they had been trying to replicate the problem by playing a bunch of music & couldnt find anything so I'm ok I'll try & see if I hear a song that makes it do it & let u guys know the next time I come in what to play. So sure enough I heard a song Eminem's Ass like that
(Classy I know) that caused the issue on just the passenger side tweeter. So I play it for the service manager & well he says he hears the vibrating, but wants to know if this is the only song I have that duplicates the problem; Im like man i not going to sit down & go through 2000 songs from my itunes library looking for songs that show how crappy ur speakers are. He continued to further tell me more bs; I looked at him & said hey I did ur job for u guys found the problem replicated it for u in ur face & now u got to fix it. He tells me Ill see if we take it apart & check.
New update just got started on arbitration & from what I've been told I can start the lemon law program. Here we go..lol
