Default MTS Auto

I'm trying to get my new clutch put in and no one's answering the phone over at MTS auto....the number I'm dialing is (954) 581-9649. It's saying the number is not permitted when dialing.

Is Chip from MTS Auto out of business (I hope not!), on vacation, or maybe changed numbers or something else I don't know about???

I think I might just take a drive by there unless one of my fellow S2Ki brothers or sisters could let me in on the inside info.

Thanks!

MTS is a small operation in terms of the number of employees there. There's no designated "secretary" to answer the phone, so I wouldn't worry about not getting an answer. They're probably just working. Plus, even when Chip's away (from what I know), the shop does NOT close.

Perhaps it's just trouble w/ Bellsouth...

Just got back from MTS. Chip seems like a really cool guy. I'm going to get my clutch and gears done at the same time to avoid two trips.....can't wait!

Some kind of minor problem....Didn't really go into details about it with him. I'm just glad I got all the info I needed from him.

Nope...I'm gonna check it out now.

Anyone know the price of the OEM gear install kit from ricks2k.com??? I couldn't find the price by itself only with the 4.56 gears.

Best deal I've found so far is at my local Honda dealer:

Part # 41271-PCZ-003 $10.03
90201-PCZ-003 $4.10
91001-PCZ-003 $50.50
91002-PCZ-003 $42.89
91201-PCZ-003 $7.78

Total : $115.30

My cost!!! I've got an insider.

I talked to Chip from MTS again today and he said that the shim kit should not be nessasary.....Honda wanted $138.84 for the shim set (part# 41360-PCZ-003).
