As some of you know I ordered wheels for my car... the LE28N. I was looking forward to getting them until this afternoon when I got a call from Mackin. The final set of LE28N's in the US were assigned to me. The rear set is fine. The front set was damaged by UPS. I would have to wait 1 to 3 months for the next shipment.

The LM's that I originally ordered through BBS had the same problem. I don't want to keep waiting.

So I'm looing at the LE37 or GT-U again. I had wanted the GT-U's before but in the initial pictures they looked kinda "small" on the S. After seeing some more pics, they seem to look way better once the car is lowered.

GT-U:

LE-37:

So should I wait on the LE28N? Or get the GT-U or LE-37? Help me decide...

PS - I want to also thank Jeff and Evolution and Mackin Industries for all the fine customer service they performed thus far to solve my problems.

I think the LE28Ns are hot and will be worth the wait. I don't care that much for the GT-U... IMO it's a too-busy copy of the BBS LM.

Those look very lightweight Keith, but I don't think they have the correct offset .

How about the BBS RGR's? I would get the LM's in a heartbeat, if it wasn't for the LONG wait.

I definitely dont gotta tell you how important wheels are on a car. Forget the, I have to have everything NOW attitude, be patient, and go with the best wheel.....which is clearly the LM. Think of it this way, if you wait, get the LMs....you will never have to worry about wheels for your s2000 again. If you go with another wheel simply out of impatience and nothin more, you will always be thinking about LMs when you see them on other cars. There will always be a little dissatisfaction in the back of your mind.

Me personally, that little bit of dissatisfaction would chip away at my happiness and would prevent me from enjoying my wheels to the fullest without any concern or doubt, whereas with the LMs i'd never think twice about my wheels again......but that's just me
