Need AP1 Exhaust STAT!

I forgot to post this.

I was rear ended on Oct 4th.

Concerge <sp?> who works for AllState says that my STOCK exhaust is a WEAR/TEAR item and that since my 02 S2000 has 44k miles they would only cover 45% of the cost because the exhaust would wear out eventually. So according to them I am getting a DEAL on a new exhaust, yet had I not been hit, I never needed.

So if you guys can help me out I would appreciate it.

 

I am going trough something similar with Allstate. If the car is older than two years they start prorating the value of the part at 10% a year.

My top has been cut, for now they are paying full value but if it happens again next year I get hit with paying 30% and the deductible ... I do not think its fair but not much you can do.

I would suggest they get you another exahust in the same condition yours was, it will be next to impossible but you can try.
