Default Need Help with a CAR purchase in MIAMI

I am from CA and I'm looking into buying a car at Miamimotors.com located at 12200 SW 130ST. 33186. Anyone know of them or seen their shop around before? Saw the add on ebay and just trying to confirm that its not a scam since I'm going to be sending them the full amount for the car. Anyone ever bought (or know of someone) who bought a car from these guys? Owner's name is Lionel Claude and there two sales guys there are Christian Claude and Steve Valles.

Any help/tips/advice would be greatly appreciated. I have scheduled a car inspection for tomorrow from Carchex.com.

Thanks!

That's a few blocks from my house. From the address all I can tell you is that it's run out of a wharehouse. Wish I could tell you more. Let me know if I can find anything out for you.

Exactly, that's not a "traditional" car dealership given it's address.

I may be able to swing by there today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. Let me know if you guys get a chance to swing by and check it out. I'll make it up to guys somehow. I can kick you guys some $$$ just to swing by. Let me know.

Do you guys experience rust problems being that cars in Miami are around the beach a lot? Just curious.

Thanks for the help,
John

S2KHardTop, my mechanic provides inspections for used cars on the spot prior to purchase. What you can inspect is usuall somewhat limited as the dealer doesn't let you pick at the car to much, but regardless if its something you'd be intersted in PM me for details. We mostly do it for s2000's and other sports cars down here, but this isn't to far away.

As far as rust, not really. At least not on any car I've ever owned. I think that is more of an issue up north with salted roads and such.
