Larry I told you to take it to JDM...... Jared is a Hondamaster tech.... Those are my boys and personally vouch for them they do good work @ a good price and i'll try to hook you up..... there phone # is 305-805-7223 ask for Mike tell him that Mike from Murray's sent you.

As a witness of the incident I have a feeling not ALL of the details have been given.

Btw: The Diff still turns what he most likely did was chip the teeth. It seems as if the LSD would still be intact.

I am more than certain that when we pop open the casing we will see that is indeed the situation.

Remember we can still push the car in when in neutral and the car does work in reverse up to a certain speed.

Good luck man. I thought I blew my diff about a month ago. Turned out it was just an axle (although both diff and axle appeared fine from lookin at them). When I put the car in gear it would inch forward and make a horrible grinding/clacking noise. Drain the differential fluid and see how it looks. If it comes out clean it's probably just an axle. I bought 2 axles and only used one. If it turns out to be an axle PM me and we'll try to work something out.

For all general purposes your probably right Gringo, but if some gears broke then I would have everything in the diff changed if possible; ur already spending the labor and having it opened up.... its like dropping the tranny and not replacing the clutch....
