Define "upgrade"...

Are you thinking ITB's?

Check out the forced induction forum also... they usually have 'stuff' like that.

You have two choices:

1) ITB's which offer minimal mid range gains along with alot of tuning headaches.

2) Full race is working on a standard type race manifold which is still in the prototype phase.

Either way, looking for gains on the intake side of an F20 or F22 is pointless. On these engines, the exhaust side is where the restriction is. There is not enough cam to take advantage of a bigger intake manifold/throttle body.

On the exhaust side, however, larger valves with larger exhaust ports/header runners have shown good gains on the stock cams.

So you are saying that Headers are a better upgrade than a Intake Mainifold.. I am going to go boost by the end of year anyway... So that is why I wanted a bigger intake mainifold.. what do you think i should do?

What kind of boost? You don't use a header with a Turbo, only with an S/C...

you can get a bigger throttle body and match your intake manifold to it but I doubt that you will see big gains. spend the money on something else. You won't need a header for the Turbo but even you go with SC or Turbo, I would recommend a bigger exhaust or save some more to get an AEM EMS
