I'm thinking about organizing another group drive/photoshoot/meet in May or June, if thats alrite with DaWorm.

What are some ideas you peeps have?

Here are mine...

- Drive in Miami

- Drive in Fort Lauderdale (I know a few picture spots)

- Drive to Pennekamp State Park in the Keys for some kayaking and snorkeling. Maria and I did this with the youth group we're involved in a few weeks ago and was lots of fun!

- Barbecue at some park

- Go carting at Speed

- Bigger import car meet with 350Z and RX-8

 

we did miami last week so why not ft laud.

Also i was trying to get in contact with someone at markhan park to find out about hosting a show, I waned to make a huge show will all types of nice import cars(no ricers), Mav do you know if you need permission to do that in a park or can we just show up.

 

i just moved back down to west palm and would be interested in some kind of a group meet. so, given enough advance notice so i can plan ahead you can count me in.

 

keys group drive sounds fun.

My markham park groupdrive/photoshoot/BBq idea is still up for grabs.

And a Ft. lauterdale drive might bee cool too.

The Keys sounds nice but Ft. lauderdale will attract more people IMO

 

A keys drive sounds good to me as well. Maybe some people would like to continue all the way down and make it a weekend in key west. That works for me as well.

Another thought. How about a drive to Naples. I have a building with great parking in the most exclusive part (3rd St S). My kid owns the surf shop here so I've got kayaks available too. Tommy Bahamas over here just hosted the local ferrari club.

That sounds like fun, maybe in June when the water's a bit warmer.

 

You know what would've been nice...having something setup for the Air&Sea show this weekend. That would get lots of onlookers.

Only downfall is that that whole area gets crazy.

 

^^Bad Idea about the Air & Sea Show. Hard to compete with 1Mil + spectators, plus the fact you have to park the car a couple miles away and either walk or get bused in.

How about a drive to Crandon Park/Bill Bags State Park for the Beach & BBQ? They got Volleyball nets and stuff.....
