In front of Fiu on a very busy 6 lane street a small kitten ran in front of some cars today. Long story short, a few cars crashed into each other and I caught the little guy. He is a tiny 5-6 week old gray male kitten. Fits in the palm of my hand.
We took him to the Vet and he

I saw the accident from a distance. A big pickup truck slammed on the breaks and a ford, I think probe, rammed into the truck. The ford was definitely totaled. My wife pointed out the kitten in front of the truck. I jumped out and grabbed him. He was in the median. The Girl driving the truck got out and was full of tears. She looked like she was in shock. Got back in the truck and drove away.
The kitten is cute. I think my wife wants to keep him. We have 2 older cats and an 11 year old jack russle. I think they would kill the little guy.
As for the name, Ocho for 8th street. also I'm pretty sure he used up one of his 9 lives. 8 left.
I just got a call from someone in Juno Beach that might want him. Not sure just yet.
Thanks for the interest and nice comments. I'll post updates.
