Can't really argue it in court. I got one of these a while back. Since there really aren't any points to begin with. The easiest option is just to pay it. Atleast thats what my lawyer reccomended.

That guy is awesome..... He really is worht the money, and does a great job. Had him for like 5-6 tickets in the past 7 years, and he's gotten me off on all fo them- no points, no nothing!
