Hi everyone,

Looking to purchase an s2000 near Ft. Lauderdale. I'm out of state and the car looks to be in great condition during the facetime calls I've had with the owner. My only concern is that the car was in Naples FL during hurricane IAN. Before I continue the conversation or come down in person to see it. I was hoping to find a reliable honest garage or mechanic to do a thorough inspection.

Would appreciate any recommendations. Looking forward to getting back in an S.

i'd help if i was local, hopefully someone will step up. i've heard great things about lemon squad, you could try them

 

Appreciate the help, dealer said I could have anyone come inspect it. I've heard horror stories on Lemon Squad, even dealer said they were trash.

Anyone know of a good reputable local s2000 mechanic or shop that would swing by there with me?

 

We can answer many questions with some addition information.

VIN???? Got a copy of the ad? "Dealer" is "Bubbas's Cars" or a Honda franchise. Hurricane? Salvage title (ask to see it)? Model year, condition, price etc.

Finally what does Out of State mean? Georgia or Alabama -- or California? Flight or even Amtrak can take days for nothing if this is a bust.
