I have to modify about 14 books but its just a few words of each page, I've being looking for OCR programs to scan the pages as editable text and just change and reprint but I can't figure this thing out. Anyone knows of a good program to do this?

OmniPage Pro is good.

Or you can scan them directly into Adobe Acrobat (The Standard or Pro) and edit them from there.
