Default rear brake

Hey guys, i have a bit of a problem with my car, the rear passanger side roader is getting scratch when i drive and im pretty sure its not the brake pad, becouse if it was the brake pad the scratch would be the size of the prake pad,But this is just about half inch around the outer edge of the roader.

Does anybody kno what could be wrong or if this is under warrenty?

And if it is what dealer should i take it to?

Thanks guys

Check with your finger if the rotor is warped (when the car is cold). If it is you have to get it replaced. Maybe thats the reason why is wearing out that way.

Just pop the pads off the ROTOR and check them. If they aren't worn then there is probably a rock caught in there. The rear brakes last a LONG time on this car, so I'd assume its probably a rock.
