I'm new here. I just got the S2000 Friday, and I still cannot believe it. The absolute best days ever! - My name is James, I'm 21 years old, living in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

2001 Berlina Black/Black with 31k miles(Now 32k, I've been driving the pants off it!!), flawless condition, 7yr/100k Honda Warranty, 1 previous owner, he traded it in for a 04 to have a "new" one.

We purchased her from Pompano Honda, from Chuck. Great salesman, and great people overall. I recommend them to anyone, as does my Parents have good history with them too.

Congrats on the car! I think we all had that same "first day" feeling, so you're in good company.

Today was our holiday group drive. We went down to the keys. Too bad you didn't know about it or you could've come w/ us!

We meet on Tuesday nights at Bahama Breeze out in Pembroke Pines (there's a tread on the forum about it). Think about coming this week so we can all meet you. This is a great group of people who like to hang out and have fun. Our meets aren't the "hoods up" type of meets that some people expect. Since we all have the same car, how much looking under the hood can you do until you're sick of it?! But our meets are fun - we sit on the outside patio at BB and have the cars nearby to watch. People love to show off their stuff, so never be afraid to ask someone to give you the scoop on their car & the goodies they have. Additionally, we do group drives every so often and have had some pool parties too.

We have a lot of interesting characters on this board. Don't take the teasing seriously! Once you meet us, you'll understand completely!

James, it looks like your S will be sleeping safely in a garage (which is good because our members have had more than a few seat thefts happen lately). You may want to invest in a set of seat locks ($60 for 4 locks, 2 for each seat). If you're interested, PM Kodokan_4 for more info.

Welcome to the family!! Do pay close attention to the threads like Kimmie said. We have a great time together!!

Perfect example terrible weather today, but still had a great group drive to the keys and post party at Dave and Busters. More to come!!!!!

Thanks everyone, I'm very lucky.

Yeah, she's garage kepteed, and never left unattended. But I will be sure to purchase some locks for the seats, for principle if anyone even tries.

I'll be there tomorrow, what time does it normally start, and end? Also, does anyone have the address so I can print it on mapquest? Thanks, again!.
