I agree with Cindy, gun laws need to be more aggressive. This new law basically gives bad tempered crazies and dumb shitheads a license to kill.
As I understand it and correct me if I'm wrong but if Johnny tells Joe Blow "
you asshole I hope you die." Joe Blow can shoot Johnny because he feels threatened?!?!

If I am not mistaken... I have heard of a previous incident where another driver flashed a gun to someone. That person then jotted their plate # and sorta followed them while on the phone with cops. The cops showed up and arrested the person. Something to consider the next time an a$$hole decides he wants to see 'who the bigger man is' by pointing a gun at you.
