OK first of all just saw the car now going to Lunch in NMB. I couldn't tell what kinda car it was, because i have never really seen it. Did notice it was a BMW. It was a convertible and it was nice.. very nice. Plates weren't from Miami, I'm thinking maybe PA.

Now I just got back to the office and was looking at this weeks "AUTO WEEK" and they mention the BMW M6 and there is a pic. Looks EXACTLY like the car I just saw, but it says it won't be available until Mid-2006.

If that's true.. then WHAT THE HELL did i just see? Sorry I was a little thrown off since the car i saw looks exactly like the one in the pic.

The M6 is not due to arrive in the US until Spring/Summer 2006 and only in Coupe form.

 

You sure it just wasnt a normal 6-series convertible? As far as I know the M6 isnt a covertible.

 

I dunno... it was so quick and the rear looked exactly like the M6 Pictured in the Auto Week.

And yes Keith the Auto Week pic is the convertible M6 which wont be out until about 2007.

Just curious about it since it confused the hell out of me.

 

could have been a base model you know the really low baller one..LOL..but its true the M6 wont be available for another year the release was stated for the base one this year thats probably what you saw

 

Interesting to note it was a black guy driving it, the car was on 20" spinners. I guess maybe it was a 645..... it just looks so much like that damn M6 pictures in Auto Week...

 

...LOL...isnt it always the way if it has spinners or DUB DEUCES he has to be black...LOL...probably a football player or something like that...i should have kept playing baseball i would probably be driving one right now!...LOL...

 

There are some sick kits and rims out there for the 6 series I saw one that looked amazing!!!

 

Maybe it was a 6 series with M badges to make people think it was more than it was. "Pimp my ride" Style!!lol

No no badges. ONLY badge I saw was the BMW one. Anyway I saw a 645C this afternoon, and I guess it did look the same. /shrugs/ whatever. It was nice tho...
