hummm (please correct me if i'm wrong) as far as i know unless you get a BIG brake kit you will not feel any difference between OEM and slotted on S2k's ,,, once i got Brembo drilled/slotted for my Prelude .. and honestly .. made no difference on stopping but one thing for sure that does difference, LOOKS ,,, slotted disks look pretty pretty cool ..

i prefer OEM style blanks.

slotted eats up brake pads which means more costs (they do look cool though )

in the end.. its what makes you happy.. do research though!

braided lines do make a big difference. I have the wilwood 4 piston set on my car. the car stops faster. the additional clamping of 4 pistons as opposed to one (factory) has improved braking distances

theoretically anti lock is anti lock.. once the tires are slippin thats it..cant stop any faster..

then again.. w/ 4 pistons.. perhaps the increased pressure activates anti lock faster.. assuming the abs pulse controller can keep up.. it might work.
if it can't keep up.. it might be a 'bad' thing...

other than on the track.... decreased stopping distance is a BAD thing.. s2ks already stop faster than most cars on the road...

don't get me wrong.. the BBKs look nice.. but unless you are tracking.. that should be your motivating factor... and then you should do serious research.

braided lines.. the system did feel more responsive... based on what i learned at 'chin hpde' ... they seem to feel many cars come w/ that nowadays...
but .. they did feel more responsive to me...
