I need a bolt that holds down the passenger seat to the frame, its one of the rear ones.

I believe the two front bolts and two rear bolts (per seat) are different. I just need one, anyone got one?

Just go to Ace Hardware or Lowes, and pick up a grade 8 bolt there.
