Out of $850B, there is only $426 million in small business loans.
But hey, there is $650 million for Digital-to-Analog Converter Box Program. God forbid people don't get digital TV.
According to the Nielsen Ratings people, more than 9 million homes were not ready for the conversion as of October 15, 2008.
That's about $72/household.
There are about 27.2million small businesses in the US (as of 2007).
That's $15 per small business.
All this stimulus bill is is a payback to all the special interest groups who got Obama elected. The only jobs that will be created are government jobs. There is little to zero non-government jobs that will be created.
Obama should be embarassed and ashamed of this 'bill'.
Some freakin' stimulus bill, isn't it?

I tell you one thing, some where in there we have a nice chunk of money for education, I have a nice and juicy frozen pay race that I've been waiting for 3 years now, I'm going to get paid Jack!!! or maybe not?

I am hopeful, even @ Bush Jr. administration I was hopeful, .....
In the end, is not the president nor the "stimulus" pack that will bring food to your table, it's YOU ..
