Default STOLEN S2000 FROM DAVIE

Good morning everyone, my 2002 S2000 was stolen from my apartment building in Davie, FL. It's the Sebring Silver with all red interior, personalized plates "TXN S2K". I am actually about to move back to Texas in about 3 weeks, so the timing of this is horrible. Please, if there is any information, my e-mail address is neimashahbazi@gmail.com. I have had her for 3+ years and have kept her stock, in hopes to keep her until she was a classic. Unfortunately, some coward decided it would be best to completely ruin my day/week/year. She has 155k miles on it, so if any red seats turn up with a lot of wear on the lumbar support, please contact me. Thank you all, I hope this turns out for the better and I can reply with some good news.

Oh and I added a $1,000 reward if you know where the car is and if it's still in one piece.

Sorry to hear, hope it's recovered. SFL really sucks when it comes to thieves. What type of security did you have?

Unfortunately, and I hate to say this, but none. I kept putting it off, saying to myself "I'll get it when I save just a little bit more". I've definitely learned from my mistake, it's the worst feeling to walk outside and see your car gone. I'm not very optimistic about getting her back, which really sucks. I kept her stock with plans to keep her as long as she will stay alive, and someone decided it would be best to take that from me.

My word of advice is not to settle with the first price insurance gives you fight for what you think it was worth realistically... Hopefully you had full Coverage

GREAT NEWS!!

Davie police have recovered my vehicle and it is currently at the tow yard. I will be going by there tomorrow to pick her up and take her straight to the shop to get the necessary fixes. According to dispatch, the only damages were a torn top and a messed up ignition, which is far better than I could have every hoped for. Thank you guys for all the support. I did have full coverage and they offered me a pretty good amount, but I was just too emotionally attached to the car to even care for the payment.

you lucked out. most S2000s that are stolen end up being totalled due to how much in parts that are stolen off the car. Lesson learned, good alarm and seat locks

I guess they just went for a joy ride in it, no damages other than a scratched front bumper, ripped top and broken ignition switch. Should be fixed and ready to drive by the end of the week.

Glad to help you out.
