I got home at 2:30 in the morning. I picked up my car the next day around 9 pm and I got three misfire codes, cylinders 1, 3 and 4. We let it idle for a while and it was fine after about 15 mins.

If it wasn't for AP-DUECE we would have never finished.
what problems did you run into and why?

I never done a s2k IM removal or install but its not rocket science. With a helms manual it should be a walk in the park. It shows and ilustrates step by step uninstall and installation. I think people just get intimidated by working on cars, just gotta be smarter than the metal.

You're right, it's not rocket science and you don't really need a Helms. But the Helms won't tell you how much of a bitch it'll be to get to the 5 bottom bolts of the mani. The alternator didn't really help us out either.

Make sure you check the torque on those nuts after a few days...

What i ment by a walk in the park is that its a pain in the ass to do compared to a B-Series or others. Ofcourse with a manual telling you step by step any one can do it that has some what car knowledge , not that its hard its just time consuming. I will be doing mine soon

That AP-DUECE is such a slut

Max is thee biggest slut!!!!

Yeah that gasket wasn't hard to put in, it was getting to the bolts on the mani!!! Whoever was there saw that i started as soon as i got there around 2pm. Then recharged about four times with the dukes. Stayed till the end about midnight. I'm sure with the right tools and light it would've been done faster...
