How would you all feel about displaying your cars at the Tower Shops in Davie one Friday night? The idea has been brought up before and this post is strictly preliminary, but it could be a fun night!


I will watch the response and, if needed, will add a pole to better survey the response. For those not familiar, every Friday night, the Tower Shops at the S.E. corner of University and 595 hosts a car show, from vintage to bikes to rice to exotic. All displayed in categories. We would have our own "area"


Regardless, whats your opinion?

it's where the original...... core group met and was always fun

I dunno. The crowd over there got progressively worse. We were getting stuck with the ricers. Additionally the Miata club was intially very friends about giving us space, but as our numbers group they became somewhat hesitant. I would have to say I'm pretty much negative on the Tower's idea.

 

even though i go there with friends sometime i would high recomend not to do this meet. the area where we used to park is not over run with what jeff would call ricers. i knwo majortiy of the membors have problems with these kids . towers is packed with them. it would just be a breading ground for trouble. after saying that if it goes through i will still be there.

 

I will try anything once!

I understand what Jonathan and Keith are talking about, the question is wether I can get our own section?

 

i honestly don't have any problem with going there. but i know a lot of people will have a problem with the crowd and the kids all looking into the cars. i just don't want to have a big showing for everyone to be unhappy once they are there and then end up leaving 10 mins later.
