Default Traffic Ticket

hahaha well this kinda sucks. I have a $323,50 ticket for speeding on a 55mph road. Was taking the exit on i-95 to go to south beach, didn't know it was 55mph and I was driving a cooper S so was kinda fun with it. But sucky part is, i have to pay that thing, first ticket in my whole life hahaha.
ok that was my story, now my question is, has any of u guys ever used tickclinic.com? A friend of mine told me they can do a case for u or something like that and it wont take point or give u whatever points on your Drivers Licence and he told me he had a 2 tickets on a total amount of <600 and he only had to pay 90 dolars.
So if anyone ever used it, let me know how it went or if it really is what he says.
Thx

Ricardo

I'm a ticket expert.

If you can manage to get some time off, then you're better of handling the ticket yourself, and this is why:

In Dade County, after 2001, you don't go directly to trial in front of a judge for traffic offenses. Your first notice will be for a "hearing", which is nothing more than a glorified judge's assistant that you have to stand in front of.

If you don't have too many recent tickets under your belt, then they're going to tell you to plead no contest, or "nolo contendre". Doing so, they'll tell you to just pay court fees, with no points.

All Ticket Clinic is going to do is stand in front of this hearing officer for you. You'll still have to pay the court fees, PLUS the $60 TicketClinic fee.

I used a traffic lawyer in Broward. He came highly recommended from another s2ki user and he got my ticket dismissed. If you want his name & phone number, PM me.

Here's my attorney... John Schwartz - 305.279.4740. He's very good. He has gotten me off every ticket with a dismissal. Call him up.

ok, now here is my story.
I somehow lost my citation
Now i've been calling miami dade clerk, but a stupid answering machine pickes up the whole time. So I decided to go on sept 29th to court house to see if I can get a copy of it. So I get there, give them my drivers licence (it has been 11 days since I got my ticket, and it takes them atleast 10 days to get it in it says on the proshure) to give me a copy of it. Well the guy couldn't find me in the system and told me to check it online. Well i've been checking it all these days, just checked in 1 min ago and I still don't see it online. Does it mean they lost it? What is another option that i have? Or just keep check it and see what will happen?

They did not loose ticket trust me. Just that you are dealing with Miami-Dade county government employees.
