I keep my s in the garage for hurricanes, but my other cars I leave at one of the public metro rail parking garages in miami. I just make sure to park in one of the higher levels in case there is flooding, and as far into the center as possible. The garages are free to park in during most storms, so you dont even have to pay, and normally their pretty empty.
