It would be easier to educate everyone in the basics of car control and traffic flow (fast drivers in the left lane only).
Tommy you and I both know there's nothing "easy" about changing people's driving behavior....especially in south florida.

Let the punks get hit with hundreds of dollars in fees and lose their license for a while so they have to find rides or take the bus everywhere. That'll teach them.

As far as raising speed limits in south florida....don't hold your breathe on that one, I don't think that would make any of us safer.

I agree with just about everyones comments here:

They need to enfore Slower Traffic Keep Right, and Left Lane Passing Only and what not.

Running red lights...another huge problem!! Illegal U-turns (when the guy going right has a green right arrow!), not stopping at stop signs, or not allowing the car making a U-Turn to do so when YOU have a stop sign, how old drivers who go 30mph on a 55 mph high way, or pulling out in front of you when you're minding your own business like some old canadian women did today...and she STILL didn't move over even after I LAID ON THE HORN, BROKE HARD, and DROVE OFF TEH ROAD to avoid her!

GRRRR I'm A-L-O-T safer and more alert at 100mph than some nitwit going 50 on I-75 in the left lane.
