Default Where to refinish rims?

I just got a set of 18 inch SSR GT3's. The rear two wheels have some damage to the spokes. I need to get them refinished, Anyone have any recommendations on a shop, they are a 3 piece wheel, so the shop would need to be able take them apart.

I'm curious also, my wheels are pretty banged up from being removed 535345 times.

Well I really wanted to stick to local shops. I was leaning towards Miami Chassis, but I figured I would ask. I want a place that has experience refinishing wheels, and also a shop that knows how to take a 3 piece wheel apart, instead of just ripping it apart.

I just checked with wheel's boutique who i was referred to, big HRE dealer. They want $125 a wheel, and according to the guy, they do it themselves, I dont if I can trust a shop that only sell's wheels to respray the wheels, I would rather deal with a shop that has alot of experience painting, prepping, mixing and color matching paint. Basically a body shop, not a wheel sales outlet. Any other idea's.

I had an aftermarket wheel repaired a couple years ago from a wheel refinisher based out of the Hialeah/Medley area.

They did an awesome job, and I think they charged me betweeen $105 and $125 to repair it...don't really remember.

I'll try to find the name of the place so you can give them a call.

Lets switch this up. How about powder coating. Can anyone tell me about powder coating, i might just get this done instead, ive heard the finish is alot tougher.

Anyone have any idea's about the cost and where to go for good work.

Well powder coating is out of the question, since their is filler on the rim to repair a minor chip, they cant be cooked.

Any other suggestions for body shops or places that can refinish wheels.!
