Default 2004 S2000

How many Toronto guys have their order in for an 04?

After driving a 2000 S2000 I ordered a Silver w r/b interior to be delivered in the spring. Am so looking forward to the car even though it won't rev to 9k.

Anyone on this forum who wants to drive my 04 to compare with theirs is welcome to come and drive mine. Hell take it for a weekend.... I'll need a few decades to break it in, work out the kinks, after then no problem.

Congrats on your purchase, btw it wont' take you that long to break in your car... it took me the labour day weekend.

10,800 km since I bought it (almost 5 months) and I'm still lovin' every moment of it. Fuggg all this mileage and I don't even drive to work.

the only one around here with a 2004 is PLYRS 3. He just put a Mugen exhaust on it.

He seems to like the car much more than his previous MY00, which was probably just too much car for him

We all LOVE our S2000s. Welcome.

It must be those extra 8ft/lbs of torque that put the '04 over the top ...

Welcome and hope to meet you at some our meets or autox/track days!

Yep, that torque is night and day when you're sitting on the DVP.

Who'd'a'thunk?

Just wait till I jam some gears in and I too will enjoy crankshaft splitting power.

The car is being purchased for autocross and weekend's only. Probably less than 10k km per year I will put on the car as it will be a "special" vehicle.

Thanks it seems like some nice people hang around here and I look forward to meeting you.

Dynamite Chicos, this car is just what the Dr ordered then.

I drive mine daily, 12 months of the year. But I only put 7K on it last year.

And just wait till you want to mod it.

And I bet it isnt to late to admit the err of your ways and get a RIO.....
