Two Spin Rule
1. A two spin rule will be enforced for all lapping sessions.
2. On the first incident, the participant will be black-flagged (see Flags) to come into the pits. In the pits, the participant will be counseled and advised that should this happen again the participant will be brought off the track and not allowed to drive for the remainder of the day.
3. If any participant spins their car or leaves the track with all 4 wheels two times in one event day, they will be required to leave for the day on the second incident.
guess i better learn how to drive before hand.
Honestly they usually arent that strict for an open lapping event. Last week another guy that was out went off the track at least 3 times (due to balding front tires + wet track) and was never even spoken too.
Iv spun out several times before and it was when i was testing my limits knowing the nearest car was a few turns behind. Dont let it scare you but rather encourage you to find your comfort zone

they are not that strict, especially if the road coarse attendant knows you or has seen you on the track a few times. you guys are right, he doesn't always have his eyes on the track...actually barely ever! lol but if you are obviously driving too unsafe or close to other drivers and you're all over the track they may give you a warning of maybe pull you off for a short time out for you to kool down and collect yourself.

I just checked the lapping schedule for this month. And tomorrow (friday July 8th) is a motorcycle lapping event. It runs all weekend, so there won't be any car lapping going on at all.
Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks. I was really wanting to go out baaaaaaaaaaaad.

Should have come out wednesday! I was a very lonely S2K surrounded by Vipers and Porche's lol
Sucks that Friday is motorcycles only... We will have to all get a time to go. Touge has one at Cayuga at the end of the month, we should hook up for that one.

####ing family dinners.
Was there actually an ariel atom with a rotary engine there?
Well i go every first wednesday of the month regardless of weather. And i completely understand what you mean, its work that pays for our cars haha
There were two Viper SRT10's, one was modded. There was also an ACR Viper.
There was no ariel atom, although there was a kit car with a rotary? maybe thats what you were hearing about.
