your gascap isn't properly closed/tightened, which causes either P0456/P1456/P1457, or something like those codes. go undo it all the way and twist it back in properly (make sure the edges catch right/smoothly and it twists all the way down, then clicks a bunch of times). drive around as normal and the CEL-light/code will go out after a certain amount of KM's on its own. basically a temp. DTC code, not permanent one i don't think.

Cleared CEL with OBDII, did all that, came back on in 2 days.

I guess the unit needs to be replaced...do you guys know which unit?

like revmatch said. I had the same problem and it was gas cap related. i filled it up with premium and reset the ecu and tighten the gas cap this time and it never came back. Hopefully your problem is like ours and you wont have to go through much trouble to get it fixed.

Could it be a bad gas cap?

Mine seems fine...if any, it seems like it clicks too fast(before it's completely shut.) but that could be just me.

if its clicking too fast thats not good that might mean its clicking before its fully seated (binding/ crossthreading). see if you can borrow a friends cap and try it out. or go to any emissions test center and get them to test it. they have the tool to test gas caps.
