Splitfire in Brampton is going to be installing my stage 2 Competition clutch along with the flywheel for $1400 out the door. I think this is a pretty good deal, what do you think.

have heard good things, and some ppl haven't been 'as happy'....

labour - $200
about right?

seems decent i guess.
not sure what kinda labour they charging you.

Labor of 200 for the clutch.

That doesn't seem right. To do it right it's a 9h job.

 

i've seen their fab work first hand and i'd consider it sub-par. they do have one of the fastest fwd hondas at the cscs so they must know something i suppose. what brand clutch and flywheel?

ummm, yeah like i said...flywheel (only) is $400cdn. (that link shows $350 USD for just it), so close enough. the clutch+pplate itself is even more.....prob less than $800cdn even. as for labour...9 hrs for a clutch job? ummm wow....a little much i think?

ok so clutch $700, flywheel $400, labour $300 - better?
i dunno.
