Default Is that a common problem?

I went to look at the GPW AP2 today, the condition is pretty good. But there's only one concern...I see that on the driver's side the rubber of the roof that attach to the window is kind of broken off, I can even see the metal part of the roof frame inside....is that a common wear-out problem for the S2000? And do you guys think its a good deal for a 04 AP2 for $36800?? Its from the US though..

I'd knock off about 3-4k since it's a US car. There is no warranty in Canada and the resale value wont be great, if you ever decide to sell it down the line.

Not sure exactly what rubber you're talking about, perhaps the window seal?

Broken-off window seal is not normal.

Have you checked the 2003 AP1 out listed in AutoTrader. $35,995 with only 8800km. GPW/Tan
