Hey everyone,

Im exporting my '03 S2K to India and I for some apparent reason they only permit RHD vehicles and Left Hand Drive vehicles are banned. Strange. In anycase, I was wondering if anyone could suggest where I can get a conversion done? If anyone has any suggestions on the pro's n con's of getting such a thing done let me know..

umm sell the car here, buy yourself a sick RHD mad tyt3 JDM ryde over there in India...shoot I was there back in Dec, they allow some slick cars in.

 

there's a jdm shop here in the area with a jdm front clip

 

i imagine it would be pretty expensive to ship a car that far (on top of having it converted to rhd). wouldn't it just be easier and cheaper to buy something comparable there?

 

Way too much to convert + to ship. Sell and buy there...trust me!

 

Thanks guys... unfortunately i had to search long and hard to find an '03 S2K in the condition that mine is in.. and i just bought it like 1 month ago and it tears me apart to sell it again to buy another car...

ofcourse most reasonable thing to do would be to sell it here and buy one from Japan.. Its pretty gay that they wont permit a LHD in India. Wanted to know for the heck of it to see if someone in the GTA could do this swap over from LHD to RHD...

 

well, there is 1 man who could do this swap with his eyes closed and one arm tied behind his back, all in about 48 minutes.......
